Our primary method of communication with you is by email. Therefore please ensure the email address you provide us with is correct. All order and despatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will email or contact you by telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone numbers you provide are accurate.


We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed on this website is correct and up to date at the time you place an order. However we reserve the right to amend website errors, alter prices or to update product information at any time without prior notice.


Your payment card or Paypal account will be debited when you place your order. We accept the following cards for payment: American Express, Mastercard and Visa. The total amount you pay is unaffected, regardless of the payment method used.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/debit card or Paypal account.


All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. The quoted delivery time is approximate. PregnancyPillows shall not be liable for any consequences arising from any reasonable delays for whatever reason. Please visit our delivery page for complete information. 

A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

Lost Packages

Even though packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, otherwise neither we, nor the couriers, can be responsible for any loss.


Please do not give an unqualified signature for damaged packages. These must be notified to us, in writing, within three days. 


We will provide a full refund or exchange for goods with a manufacturing defect. Due to healthy & safety regulations, used pillows cannot be returned. Please visit our returns page for complete information.


On goods delivered by carrier or by post, carriage is charged at cost on all orders.


All goods supplied by PregnancyPillows will be free from defects and suitable for the purpose for which they are required. No claim from the customer can be considered unless: (a) Where damage/defect or other breach of obligation or duty is apparent on inspection and a claim in writing is received by us within 7 days of delivery. (b) Where the damage/defect or other breach of obligation or duty is not apparent on inspection, a claim in writing is received by PregnancyPillows within 10 days of delivery.

Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if incorrect information is reflected in item price or availability.
