We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand you may wish to return items. We will be happy to refund items within 30 days of purchase, providing the pillow is in a resalable condition.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of used pillows, this is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged products, SnuggleUp Group will provide a full refund or exchange. Simply notify us by phone or email within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org
If incorrect goods are ordered by the customer and it is the customer's error, any and all returns will be at their own costs. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Please contact us before returning items and we advise that proof of delivery is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. The replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, our total liability shall be limited to refunding you in full for the cost of the products.
Cancelling your Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods.
You must return the products to us and at your expense. On receipt of the products returned, we will then refund you the price you have paid for the items. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card or Paypal/Bank Account used to place your order.
To cancel, please email us within 7 working days of receipt of your items, quoting your order number.
