Production & Delivery Information
All our products are made in our warehouse, proudly in the UK. Once we receive an order, it is passed onto the warehouse team who make your brand new pillow. Due to this, the production process can take up to 2 days to complete before the order is dispatched and sent to you.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!
Our delivery service is FREE regardless of how much you spend. We will gladly cover the cost of sending your Pregnancy Pillow to your doorstep. You will normally receive your order within 2-3 working days of despatch but we make every effort to deliver your order within a maximum of 7 to 10 working days.
Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address and a card will be left if you are not in. Please contact the courier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.
The delivery estimates displayed exclude bank holidays. Please note, we dispatch goods from our warehouse 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Goods ordered after 1pm on Friday will be delivered Monday onwards.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand you may wish to return items. If you are not satisfied with your Pillow for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund - providing the pillow is in a resalable condition.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of used pillows, this is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged products, PregnancyPillows will provide a full refund or exchange. Simply notify us by phone or email within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of your order at email@example.com.
If incorrect goods are ordered by the customer and it is the customer's error, any and all returns will be at your own cost. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Please contact us before returning items and we advise that proof of delivery is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. The replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, our total liability shall be limited to refunding you in full for the cost of the products.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods.
You must return the products to us and at your expense. On receipt of the products returned, we will then refund you the price you have paid for the items. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items, which means the pillows must be unused. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card or Paypal/Bank Account used to place your order.
To cancel, please email us within 7 working days of receipt of your items, quoting your order number.
